Warranty Terms
All products are under the warranty of the manufacturers unless otherwise specified. Be sure to check the product during cargo delivery so that the warranty conditions are valid. Do not take delivery of the product by keeping a record when you have any damage. Changes made to the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.
Product Return Conditions
If the product you purchased through our site is defective, you must contact us at the latest within 7 days from the date of delivery from the online support section on our page. After this information, the faulty product that you will deliver to us with the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product error occurred from customer use or if the product was used within a 7-day period, the product will not be returned and exchanged. As conditions for return and replacement of products, applications are essential in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.
